The experience of starting and running an integrative practice is new to almost all of us. How do I wear several hats? How do I prioritize? How do I find and retain patients? AND how do I do all of this while maintaining a healthy, balanced life?
To help practitioners who are facing similar challenges, I’m going to share my story of how I created a profitable clinic in the first year. That was thirteen years ago, and I am now proud to be one of five expert ND’s at our clinic. I believe anyone can be successful; it is less the person and more the processes.
